Small Companies Are Better Places For Job Hunters
According to the expert, small companies have been the major tool of the U.S in job creation in the last fifteen years. It had produced 70% of all net new jobs. Even these small companies have cut back in hiring personnel during the recession, it is improving at a fast pace. As the Vistage quarterly survey known as the CEO Confidence Index shows, 54% of CEO’s at small companies intend to have additional personnel in the next 12 months. Companies having only 50 full-time employees hired 117,000 personnel last month. This is the biggest hiring outpour since 2006, noted by poll by payroll and employee benefits giant ADP.
